Order inquiries - please state the order number (the last 3 digits on the invoice) before the inquiry to help us help you quicker. If you do not know the order number, the date of purchase and your first/last name will also do. Emails with this information will take priority over emails that do not.
Email response time - Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email. (Due to the recent surge in business, it may take 1-2 days longer. We apologize for the inconvenience)
Unanswered emails - A number of your emails are actually being sent to our spam folder so we have to dig through the folder to find them. These take 1-2 days longer to answered than regular emails for this reason. To make this faster, please title your email appropriately and conspicuously to catch our attention.
Our normal business hours are from 10:00AM-08:00PM PST. Don't hesitate to stop by and take a look at our vast array of products. Its always best to give us a call first since our hours fluctuate day to day. Sometimes we'll close early or stay much later.
